Williamsville Central School District

Williamsville, New York 

Williamsville Central School District, located in Williamsville, New York, recently underwent renovations to transform the District's 11 buildings. The scope of work included fire alarm/smoke detection system replacements, boiler and control systems, bus loops/parking lots, pool upgrades and computer labs.

The cost for renovations at the Williamsville Central School District was $10.4 million. A second project ($1.2 million) is also currently underway for Williamsville CSD, which includes the installations of a new generator and roof replacements.

The list of buildings being renovated include Country Parkway, Dodge, Forest, and Maple East and West Elementary Schools, Heim, Casey and Mill Middle Schools, and Williamsville North, East and South High Schools.

Sienna worked with Campus Construction Management and provided the following scope of work:

  •  Asbestos and PCB Inspection and Design
  • Project Monitoring and Air Sampling
  • PCM Laboratory Analysis
