SUNY College at Brockport - Allen Hall Renovations

Allen Hall is an eight story administration building located on the SUNY Brockport campus, and was constructed in 1973. It contains approximately 75,750 square feet of space in a footprint of approximately 8,250 square feet.

The Renovate Exterior Facade & Perimeter Heating System project scope included the replacement of the existing storefront and window systems throughout the building with more energy efficient models as well as replacement of the existing perimeter heating system.  Repairs were made to exterior envelope cracks and spalling of brick masonry and roofing was replaced. Floor finish upgrades were made to a majority of office spaces. Sienna worked closely with the Campus, SUCF, and architect to perform an extensive investigation of the building and to assist with the planning of remediation and removal of existing hazardous materials to facilitate renovation work.

Sienna provided the following scope of work for this project:

  • Hazardous Materials Inspection for Asbestos, PCBs, & Lead-Based Paint
  • Abatement Design
