Finger Lakes Casino

Sienna conducted asbestos, PCB, and lead-based paint testing at the Finger Lakes Gaming and Racetrack Casino located in Farmington, New York. Located near the northern tip of Canandaigua Lake, the Casino boasts over 44,000 square feet of gaming machines, and a thoroughbred racetrack that has attracted over 19 million fans since it's opening in 1962.

Sienna identified asbestos containing materials that would be disturbed by the demolition and construction work being performed by the casino as part of it's Phase II expansion. A 33,000 square foot gaming and dining addition was constructed that added a bar, lounge and new restaurants to the facility Sienna documented all potential hazardous materials including asbestos, lead-based paint, and PCB's, and prepared a comprehensive report for the client.

Sienna provided the following scope work for this project:

  • Asbestos, Polychlorinated Biphenyl(PCB), & Lead-Based Paint Inspections
