SUNY Buffalo State - Rehabilitation of Building 50

Building 50, formerly known as the Ruslander Building, was built in 1953. It was used as a light manufacturing facility and was acquired by Buffalo State College in 2003.

The facility is a one story, steel building with approximately 89,000 square feet. It has been used as a storage facility for many years, however, to provide for additional uses to support non-academic college services. The 2015 renovations scope of work has also entailed the replacement of its roof and repair and painting of the exterior walls. The subsequent phase of the project included site work improvements, new exterior spaces, and renovations to the warehouse and dock space.
