The Saturn Club is a Historic Landmark located on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo, New York. The renovations included the replacement of windows, including re-glazing, and restoration of its slate roof. The project also entailed replacement of the old, inefficient boilers and related HVAC equipment. Sienna provided an asbestos and lead based paint inspection of the affected building materials throughout the facility to determine the presence of asbestos.

Repair and pointing of the exterior masonry envelope and facade components, as well as removal and repair of skylights, stucco systems, and roofing systems and their flashing components, were all part of the scope of work.
