Sienna performed an inspection of the County Road 16 Bridge over Black Creek located in Birdsall, New York to determine the presence of asbestos-containing materials and lead-based paint prior to work associated with the planned renovation project. The scope of work included inspection and sampling of suspect paint on the metal components of the bridge for asbestos and lead analysis, as required by the NYS Department of Transportation.

All work was completed in accordance with all applicable regulations and agencies. In addition, Sienna employed standard techniques to minimize the damage to suspect areas, reduce potential for fiber release, and ensure safety of the inspector and site workers.

Sienna provided a comprehensive report outlining findings, applicable regulations and other pertinent information.
